Curiosity and creativity are at the heart of everything I do. Born in Germany, I've been living in NYC for many years, drawing my inspiration from this vibrant and lively city. For nearly two decades, I've been an artist and illustrator, expressing my fascination with people through my work.

Having collaborated with global leaders at top Fortune 100 companies, I understand the complexities of navigating high-pressure environments and facing constant, rapid change. I was lucky enough to have a unique vantage point within large organizations, allowing me to observe their dynamics and challenges from a neutral standpoint without being directly involved.

Naturally curious and always interested in how others experience the world, I became a go-to conversational partner for my colleagues, who appreciated the fresh perspectives that came up in our talks. It turns out my non-judgmental mindset is a true gift, helping me draw out the inner genius in others. I’ve worked closely with executives through their challenges and transitions, supporting their courage to grow and celebrating their wins. As I became more and more aware of the positive impact conversations had on other’s personal growth and well-being, I became passionate about coaching as a career.

As a certified Hudson coach (HCC), I focus on supporting committed high-achieving individuals, leaders, and entrepreneurs who want to make meaningful changes in their lives, face tough challenges, or feel that something’s missing that they just can’t put their finger on. I help them get clarity on what they really want and unlock their inner genius to get there.

When I’m not with one of my clients, or painting with music in my ears, you’ll find me enjoying delicious Mochas from my favorite coffee place, head-banging to old-school heavy metal, or traveling the world.
